Free Gas Help allows you to use advertising to get free gas cards

The fact is, the high price of gasoline is hurting many consumers and causing many to try find any way possible to save on their fuel costs. With $4 a gallon gasoline, many things come along that you might not have expected just a few years ago. FreeGasHelp.com is a perfect example of that. FreeGasHelp.com is a website that allows users to signup and place advertisements on their vehicle and get free gas cards on a monthly basis.

Before you get too excited about the program there are few a requirements that you will have to meet to be eligible. You must have a car in good condition and have valid automobile insurance. You also must drive 1,000 miles a month or more. The program is not available to those outside the United States.

So how does the program work? To see the rates that the program pays for each advertisement check out their chart which breaks it down nicely. As you can see from the chart if you are willing to sign a one year contract and put a full car wrap on your car (not many would be) then you can earn $200 a month in free gasoline. To register for the program you need to fill out both pages of the registration form and mail it out along with a photo of your vehicle. If you are a resident of California, Nevada, Texas, Florida, or Arizona you cannot signup through this registration form, rather you will have to signup through promotional events that Free Gas Help holds on a monthly basis. To see some examples of what the Free Gas Help advertisement actually look like view this photo gallery.

When do you get your rewards? The website says after signing up your first gas card will be sent 2 to 4 weeks after the vehicle has been verified for advertisement.

I think this will be an interesting debate out there among American consumers, is it worth it to put these ads all over your car to save some gas money or not? I know I don't want to drive around with an advertisement wrap around my entire car, but I also don't think I'm completely opposed to the idea of getting some free gas money from a small ad on my rear window. What do you think? Is the Free Gas Help program a good option for you and your family?

There was a similar program years ago that actually paid your car payment for you. My husband drove an hour on the freeway each way, every day. Sometimes longer when stuck in traffic, sadly we never did get in on the deal. I'm not sure how they pick and choose but it's always worth another look, thanks!
